Cancellation Polcies
1. Online Classes (Group Sessions)
• Cancellation:
• You may cancel your booking up to 3 hours before the class starts to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class start time will not be eligible for a refund.
• Booking:
• Classes can be booked up to 1 hour before the class starts.
2. Private Online Sessions (Meditation and Reiki)
• Cancellation:
• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the session start time to receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Rescheduling:
• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time.
• Rescheduling is preferably done using the Spaces by Wix app for your convenience.
3. In-Person Sessions (Reiki, Meditation, Yoga Nidra)
• Cancellation:
• You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the session start time to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the session start time will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling:
• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time.
• Rescheduling is preferably done using the Spaces by Wix app.
