Refund Policy
Meditation Classes
• In-person classes: A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the class. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class or for no-shows.
• Online 1:1 Classes: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We offer a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class.
• Group Meditation Classes: We do not offer refunds for group meditation classes once the session has started or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
• All-Access Pass: We offer a full refund for the all-access pass within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been attended. Once any class has been attended using the pass, refunds will not be issued.
Reiki Sessions (in-person & distance)
• In-Person Sessions: To book your appointment, you must pay a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied towards the total cost of the session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or for no-shows.
• Distance Reiki Sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Reiki Session Packages: We offer a full refund for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase. Once any session within the package has been used, refunds will be prorated based on the sessions remaining.
Additional Terms
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
• Harmony Wellness Co | David Allison Co. reserves the right to refuse refunds for any reason not explicitly stated in this policy.
