Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the session starts to receive a full deposit refund. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will receive a 50% deposit refund. Rescheduling Policy: • Rescheduling Timeframe: You can reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the start time. • Preferred Method: Please reschedule your session using the Spaces by Wix app. Let me know if this covers everything or if you need further adjustments!
